Do you host an Easter Brunch?  It’s a great time for everyone to get together and celebrate so many things – the holiday itself, Spring, and the joy of family and friends.  One of my favorite dishes to save is Easter Breakfast Pie.  It’s always a crowd-pleaser and easy to make, giving me extra time to spend with my guests enjoying the day!

    My Grand mom used to host an Easter brunch that was filled with so many good eats! When I got married, my husband’s family preferred an early dinner over brunch- but these recipe ideas has me wanting to do a nice brunch this year. Really enjoying your recipe round ups.
