Smart Recipes: 25 of the Best Smoothies!

Smoothies are a part of many diets for several reasons.  One, you can sneak vegetables into your kids’ (and your own) body without having to eat something not-so-tasty.  Another reason is that they’re just easy.  You can whip up a batch of them in the morning and drink them on the way to drop off the kids at school or while on your morning commute.  Throw the ingredients in the blender, push a button, and pour. Easy prep and easy cleanup too! Smoothies make a very convenient breakfast option as well as a quick and delicious daytime snack.

Below, I’ve put together a list of some of the best smoothie recipes online.  Try them out and share your favorite smoothie ingredients with us!
