Rural Moms Can Survive Knee Pain

Gardening is true goodness,
well worth the aches and pains…

As a bonafide member of the 40-plus crowd, I’m no stranger to aches and pains. And, like it or not, new ones seem to crop up more regularly.

Extra mileage on our bodies takes its toll and at this time of year, thanks to spring gardening and yard work, I frequently experience leg pain, particularly in the knee area. Sometimes it’s super mild, but sometimes they ache bad enough that it’s highly uncomfortable and no position seems to alleviate the discomfort.

When pain is so localized, I don’t like to take an OTC pill and hop that it hits the target spot or doesn’t have any adverse side effects. So, when I first heard about the new Salonpas pain relieving massage foam and pain relieving jet spray products, I was intrigued.

I’ve had great experience using Salonpas Pain Relieving Patches in the past for intense shoulder pain, but those seemed a little excessive for the periodic knee pain I experience. I’m not a big fan of other topical pain relief products, though, mainly due to mess, smell, and general lack of long-term effectiveness. Because of this, it was with some hesitancy that I decided to try the Salonpas Pain Relieving Jet Spray to help ease the ache in my shins and knees.

After a grueling morning of tilling, weeding, and planting beans and peppers, I was dearly in need of some relief to carry out the remaining chores of the day. I grabbed the Salonpas Pain Relieving Jet Spray and gave it a shot.

Seconds after spraying, the product immediately provided relief and I was instantly enamored!

Honestly, I could rave from the rooftop how terrificly-fantabulous this product is. Easy to use, no mess, and no gross smell (just a mild menthol scent- not overpowering.)

Spray on Salonpas Pain Relieving Jet Spray. Pain alleviated. Comfort restored.

It really is that simple and that effective.

I haven’t had the chance (I guess I should say thankfully haven’t had the pains) to test out the other new Salonpas products yet, but will confidently do so when the time comes, knowing I can expect quality relief.

Moral of the story- Gardening may take its toll each spring, but with Salonpas Pain Relief products, this Rural Mom can survive knee aches and pains (and neck, shoulder, back, wrist, etc.- whatever life throws my way.)

Oh, I wonder if this would help my back. I’m trying to build my core muscles to strengthen the overall area but let’s face it, it’s slow going!
