Can Weight Loss be a Cinch? #cinchspiration

We all know the nitty-gritty truth of the matter.  Eat less, move more and you are likely to lose weight.

Yet, things like motivation, health problems, or general confusion on what to eat, when can hinder our progress… or even the start of our path towards health.

For example, I have hypothyroidism (which makes weight loss a little more challenging) and I’ll be the first to admit, I lack motivation this year- likely because I’m not in the New Year’s resolution mood… I mean, come on how many times have your resolutions fizzled by the end of the January.

But, I do want to be healthier and I believe I can do pretty much anything for at least two weeks, so I’m going to take a spin at jump-starting my weight loss and rev up my energy by sampling the Shaklee Cinch Inch Loss Plan for 14 days.

Cinch is designed to help you to keep muscle you have, burn fat you don’t want, and lose inches you don’t need.  So basically, when you stop the Cinch program, there’s no yo-yo dieting effect- which is one of the most attractive benefits to me.  I have no desire to try out a program only to have the weight blast back on despite my continued healthy eating habits (been there, done that!)

I’m already loving the Cinch program because with my kit, they provided me with a handy-dandy tape measure, food logs, and a simple meal planner.  They’ve taken all the guess work out and laid out a very easy-to-follow, understandable plan.

Join me tomorrow as I begin my adventure and give you the full scoop on my first taste-test.  Because, yep, you know taste is truly going to matter!
