Eating healthy isn’t just a trend; it’s a way of life. That said, it’s not always easy. As a matter of fact, it’s much more convenient to order a pizza than to try to make something delicious and healthy for dinner. It’s even more of a challenge in the summer months when we’re all so busy. I really like anything that will make my time in the kitchen shorter – bonus points for easy cleanup.
My latest piece of ammunition in the battle for healthy eating is Copper Chef. It’s a versatile cooking tool that actually functions as a roasting pan, rice cooker, steamer, stock pot, wok and baking dish! Yes. That is a LOT of things!
After testing it out, I’m convinced that it’s pretty amazing. The superior Cerami-tech nonstick surface allows me to cook without using fatty oils and butter so that I can make healthier meals. It’s also 100% chemical free, which obviously makes me feel good about using it.
Copper Chef is scratch resistant and gives me an aggravation-free cooking experience. Food comes out heated evenly and delicious, without the extra calories. I also love having the freedom to bring it right from stovetop to oven. The pan is actually heat proof to 850 degrees. Your home oven probably doesn’t even get that hot. (I’ve never encountered a recipe requiring that temperature myself!)
Did you go away to college? Such fond memories – squeezing everything you thought was important into a room the size of a closet that you share with another person who has the same idea…only neither of you can eat because there is no room for a set of pots and pans with all of those hair products – I mean books – on the shelves! With Copper Chef, you can bake, fry, boil, sauté, steam, and braise all with one pan. College students won’t even need anything else, and there will be more room for important things like hair styling gear and makeup (or study tools.)
The pan is also a great idea for newlyweds and makes a great wedding gift. It’s annoying to have to wash a bunch of dishes for just two people, so a pan that does it all is perfect. Another bonus is that there are so many things you can make with Copper Chef that you’ll look like a gourmet cook even while you’re still learning! (We all know that a way to a man’s heart is through his stomach!)
How about the tiny house movement? This pan takes up very little space in the cabinets and replaces so many other pans that it’s a must-have for anyone living in smaller spaces. Don’t let the size fool you though – the unique square shape allows you to hold a LOT of food in there.
I’m really enjoying trying out new recipes and getting a lot of use out of this pan. It’s so easy to clean after, too. I give it a rinse and throw it in the dishwasher.
It’s that easy. Where has this been all my life?
