As a Hamilton Beach Ambassador, I have the exciting opportunity to test out a Hamilton Beach Stack and Snap 10 Cup Food Processor in the Rural Mom kitchen! Though I’ve received this appliance at no charge, all thoughts, opinions and experiences are solely that of Rural Mom. |
Cranberry is one of my very favorite fall and holiday flavors. Whether paired with turkey, flavoring sweets or mixed into a holiday cocktail, it’s a treat!
The one place I generally found cranberries missing from though, is the appetizer table. This simply will not do, so I decided to whip up a Christmas Cranberry Fruit Salsa for our volunteer group holiday gathering and it was a sure-fire hit! Everyone was surprised by the bright red sweet-tart flavor and how well it paired with traditional tortilla chips. Traditional salsa contains hot peppers, but this tangy and sweet blend of flavors pairs so well, you’ll never miss the kick. It’s definitely a mix I’ll be keeping on my holiday party appetizer go-to list!
In addition to wanting to see more cranberries make it onto the appetizer table, I was inspired to use the new Hamilton Beach Stack and Snap 10 Cup Food Processor that just arrived in our Rural Mom Kitchen.
The Hamilton Beach Stack and Snap 10 Cup Food Processor is designed to help keep kitchen prep simple and stress-free (a big bonus during the crazy rush of the holidays!) The unit has a button system that visually displays the blades you need to perform the function you desire, so you can easily see what to do with simply a glance. Completely takes the guess-work out!
The unit also snaps right into place with no guess-work, allowing you to quickly get to chopping, slicing, shredding, mixing or pureeing all your produce with the powerful 450 Watt motor. There’s no need to flip through a manual to figure out if everything is secured correctly, it’s all designed to stack and snap into place with ease.
While testing, I found my favorite feature to be that the S-blade stays locked in the bowl when you lift the finished product out to pour. If you’ve ever used other food processors, this often not the case – you either have to hold the blade in place while pour or pick it out and contend with possible leaks. With the Hamilton Beach Stack and Snap 10 Cup Food Processor, this simply isn’t the case. Everything stays together until you are ready to snap it apart.
Clean-up was also dreamy. All of the parts (with the exception of the base,) are dishwasher safe. My Christmas “salsa” was done lickety-split and the machine exceeded my expectations. If you’ve been looking for a great holiday gift for yourself or a loved one, this one will be well received!

This fruit salsa looks divine. I really like that the Hamilton Beach processor’s cup looks like it’s wider than most, I’m sure that makes it a dream to pour from.
Looks YUMMY! This is definitely something that I would want my family to eat, it is full of “Good for You” things!
I love the idea of fruit salsa. I imagine that it has amazing flavor combinations.
