The best way to cut time in the kitchen when prepping a snack buffet is to create duo-purpose recipes that can stand alone or be incorporated into a second snack. This helps tie-together the theme flavors of your snack table and makes prep time quick!
For an Italian cuisine-inspired star-studded red carpet snack table I’m putting together for Oscar viewing night entertaining, I wanted a dip to go with the cracker, sausage and cheese trays, but also a spotlight snack to steal the show. The result – a simple bruschetta dip and a prosciutto bruschetta pizza!
Quick & Easy Bruschetta Dip Recipe
10 oz La Piana Tomato Garlic Bruschetta
8 oz whipped cream cheese
In a small mixing bowl, add bruschetta and cream cheese. Stir until fully blended. (Yep, it’s that simple and so good!) Transfer dip to a serving bowl and serve with crackers, bread, or crudites.
If you are making Prosciutto Bruschetta Pizza snacks, reserve 1-8 to 1/4 cup of dip per pizza.
Quick & Easy Prosciutto Bruschetta Pizza
Bruschetta Dip
1 pkg Pastorelli Whole Wheat Ultra Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
1 pkg Daniele Sliced Prosciutto
Lay one pizza crust on a pizza tray or clean working surface. Spread a thin layer of of bruschetta dip (2 to 3 tablespoons) evenly across the pizza crust (as if you were spreading sauce on a traditional pizza.) Layer strips of prosciutto evenly across the pizza crust, leaving about a 1/2-inch space between strips.
Cut prosciutto bruschetta pizza into 1-inch pieces using a pizza cutter. Layer two pieces of the pizza and secure together by inserting a toothpick into the center (see picture below for reference.) Place layered snacks on a serving tray and serve.
1 pizza will serve 10-12 guests. If you will be entertaining a larger group, repeat process to create additional prosciutto bruschetta pizza snacks.

That looks delicious and so simple. I am all about trying to do easy dishes for appetizers.
