Halloween is generally a super happy time of year for eager trick-or-treaters anxious to fill up their bags and buckets with treats. But for some children, Halloween can be a torturous time. Their food allergies will prohibit them from enjoying nuts, dairy or gluten-filled snacks. So while their friends romp around with bags full of goodies, they are often stuck on the sidelines.
According to Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE,) about 1 out of every 13 children have a food allergies. The likelihood that you have children in your neighborhood with food allergies is quite high! If you are considering sending treats to your child’s classroom, it’s estimated that roughly two children in every classroom have food allergies. The statistics certainly make you stop and re-think what you serve up this Halloween.

I’ve had their candy before and it is awesome!!
I’m in love with this company already and I really think I could fall in love with those soft peppermint squares.
I think this is wonderful that there is a candy product available for kids and big kids that have allergies.
My seven-year old has lots of allergies so I’m always looking for foods that won’t aggravate them or trigger his asthma. I love that kids with allergies can enjoy some treats and not have to worry.
