    I just canned some peach jam this week, but it came out too soft, so I plan to try it again. I want to be able to give it as gifts, so I want it perfect! Later in the summer and in the autumn, I’ll be canning lots of apples (apple sauce, jelly, butter, slices, etc.).

    I’m going to make blackberry bourbon jam!!!!! I have lots of blackberry vines and this sounds like a great change from the regular blackberry jam that I make… love the lighter sugar too
