Real Simple Delicious #GlutenFree Nona Lim Soups

Real Simple Delicious Red Lentil Veggie Soup

Rainy day, chilly day and even a sunny day, there’s nothing like a bowl of comforting soup.  If you live a gluten free lifestyle, though, and you don’t have the time or desire to cook up your own, it’s difficult to find a fresh tasting, satisfying cup of soup.

That’s when Real Simple Delicious Soups are there for you, providing natural ingredients, and a truly soup-sational, delicious gluten free taste sensation. I personally love that every ingredient on the label is clearly understood.  Check out the list for the Red Lentil Veggie Soup (pictured above:)

Vegetable broth (water, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, herbs and spices), carrots, onions, lentils, zucchini, diced tomatoes (tomatoes and tomato juice, sea salt, naturally derived citric acid and calcium chloride), celery, scallions, cilantro, olive oil, lime juices, spices, kosher salt and pepper.

Recognize all that goodness?  Yep, me too!

Each soup is packed in a ready-to-go package and heats up lickety-split for you to kick back and savor each bite.  Varieties include:

  • Carrot Ginger
  • Zucchini, French Onion
  • Red Lentil Veggie
  • Azteca Veggie
  • All-Bean Chili
  • Thai Green Curry

My two favorites so far are the Red Lentil Veggie and the All-Bean Chili.  Both are rich, flavorful, hearty soups that are wonderful in a bowl as a full meal or a cup to compliment your lunch or evening fare.  The All-Bean Chili would also be great as a dip!
