Canning Labels Made Easy with Pantry Paratus and Modern Harvest #DIY

Modern Harvest Shrink Wrap Canning Labels

Over the years I’ve used all types of marking and labeling options for home-canned goods.  The easiest is simply using a market to scribe the contents and date on the lids, but it’s not very attractive for gifting   or for table presentation during holidays or picnics.  Stick on labels are a decent option, but they rarely conform well to the curvature or raised designs on glass canning jars and leave a residue when removed.

So when I first discovered Modern Harvest Canning Labels on Pantry Paratus, it was love at first view.  Shrink wrap labels – how clever, convenient and decorative!

Modern Harvest Labels are made in the U.S.A., super simple to use, quick to apply and charming in appearance.  Each label has a decorative effect, plenty of space to detail the contents and a convenient check off space for month and year on the back to keep track of expiration dates.

To apply, you place the label on the jar and dunk the jar into boiling hot water.  The label instantly adheres to the jar where you positioned it.  When you are ready to remove the label, you simply slide a knive along the label to cut it off. No fuss, no muss, no residue!

Finding solutions like this is common place on Pantry Paratus, they carry a wealth of innovative canning and sustainable living products.
