Innovations in multi-vitamins have certainly come a long way and the popular trend to hit the shelves are chewable vitamins. Though I try to get much of what my body needs from food sources, I still take daily supplements to help cover the bases, and find that chewables are super handy as an on-the-go option.
Centrum Flavor Burst Adult Multivitamins are one of the newest vitamins to capitalize on the chewable trend. These round, candy-like vitamins are easy on the palette and highly transportable.
I found the taste to be similar to other candy-coated, non-vitamin chews I’ve had in the past. A slightly crunchy candy shell exterior with a smooth, chewy center with a taffy resemblance. The flavor is not too sweet and the trace of vitamin taste is low with no unpleasant after-taste.
On the downside, the first ingredient on the vitamin is “sucrose,” otherwise known as sugar. According to the manufacturer, 4 chews (the recommended dose) contains 25 calories and 4 grams of sugar. Not too bad, but it could be an issue for those with sugar sensitivity or those wishing to eliminate sugar from their diet.
Current flavor sections for the Centrum Flavor Burst Chews are mixed fruit, wild grape, and tropical fruit. When scanning the product information, I also learned there is a drink mix version available in Raspberry Lemonade.
Overall, for people who have difficulty swallowing standard vitamin pills or for people looking for a ready-to-take solution for vitamins on-the-go, Centrum Flavor Burst Chews are a good option.
Tip: Do keep in mind that these are Adult Chews and not formulated for children.

I think my kids would like these too. We usually take the gummy vitamins but these would be a nice change of pace.
