Powering Up Summer with Omega-3 Water

Omega 3 Water Orange Kiwi

I’m a huge fan of Omega 3’s.  From first-hand experience taking Omega 3 supplements (Fish Oil) and eating Omega-3 rich foods has had a very positive impact on keeping my cholesterol numbers low. It’s a regular staple in my diet that’s here to stay.

Current research indicates that Omega 3 nutrients are beneficial in reducing the risk of heart disease, aiding with stress and depression, improving memory functions, lowering cholesterol, and overall helping to slow down the effects of the aging process on our bodies.  It’s become a preferred powerhouse nutrient by health-conscious folks and those wishing to improve their overall health and wellness.

When I first heard about Omega-3 Water, I was curious, but also a little leery.  I strongly associate Omega 3 with fish, and uh, eww, water with a fish oil aftertaste, not my first choice.  But, I’m always game to try something new and I thought it would be a huge bonus to have a refreshing daily drink capable of replacing a supplement.

I’m glad I took the plunge and sampled Omega-3 because not only is it tasty and refreshing, it has ZERO fish oil aftertaste… just a pleasant light, fruity finish.  It’s because Omega-3 Water sources flax seed for Omega 3’s, making it a vegetarian-friendly drink, too.

Voted one of Bevnet Live’s Top 10 Best New Products for 2012, Omega-3 Water is available in two flavors of Bold Berry and Orange Kiwi (my favorite.) Each bottle is fortified 20,000 mcg of Omega 3 from flaxseed,Vitamins A, B (3,5,6,12), C, and D and Calcium.  You can purchase Omega-3Water on Amazon or find local a retail location at http://www.o3w.org

The only drawback, for me, is the sugar content (I generally opt for sugar-free drinks) but, if you count calories or are worried about sugar intake like I am, Omega-3 Water is currently developing zero calorie, sugar-free flavors using all-natural sweeteners that should hit the market soon.

Which is good news as this is really a terrific drink!  Stay up to date on developments at http://www.o3w.org

I’m a big believer of Omega 3. This water sounds like a great addition for me as well.
