It’s time to mark your calendars and celebrate the 2019 Walt Disney Studios Movie Lineup!
As a life-long Disney, Star Wars and Marvel fan, this is definitely information I love to share each year and I’m extra excited to see a Disneynature film in the lineup, too. Earth-stewardship is a key element of Rural Mom’s mission and I love how Disneynature celebrates our world and always delivers positive impact on Earth Day.
Disneynature’s newest adventure will transport us to the Antarctic to follow the story of an Adélie penguin named Steve who is on a quest to build a suitable nest, find a life partner and start a family. Of course, nothing in the frozen Antarctic is that easy. Everything from killer whales to leopard seals will threaten his happily ever after. PENGUINS opens in theaters nationwide in time for Earth Day 2019.
Also on the 2019 Walt Disney Studios Movie Lineup are the highly anticipated CAPTAIN MARVEL and AVENGERS: END GAME films. We’ll have reunions with beloved characters in TOY STORY 4 and FROZEN 2, and the exciting conclusion to the newest STAR WARS trilogy with STAR WARS: EPISODE IX.
There’s live active adaptation of ALADDIN, ground-breaking technology in THE LION KING, a memorable visit with DUMBO and a fantastical adventure as Eoin Colfer’s book springs to life in the movie version of ARTEMIS FOWL, too. Totally an exciting year of magical movie-going ahead!
